General Discussion / Re: What Attracted You To The Michael Teachings?

Since Dave ask for input, I'll add my 2 cents worth...having been involved in "spiritual work/seeking" professionally and individually, I'm very open to any message that "speaks to me"...however, I had not heard of Michael Teachings until about 8 months ago when Norm Shealy mentioned them and Shepherd Hoodwin in his newsletter.  After some time, I thought I'd take time & check this out.
   WOW, when I did, BINGO, BONGO...this made so much sense to my already intuitive sense of the connection of what I called the spiritual and the human experience. Along with many traditions and spiritual modalities,  I was a student of Enneagram and loved its presentation of discovering more of your "true Selfhood" beyond the masks so it was easy for me to slide into so much of the logic of structure of MT...but it's very deep and I'm not even to first base.  I enjoy having a few moments to study and listen to what is being shared.
    One of the most attractive points of MT to me is the nonjudgemental aspect of being a human in the world today...I'd already discovered and felt comfortable with this, but the whole system of MT brings out WHY you do not judge others...and when we discover and practice this, we bring more of the Pure Love into our experience collectively and individually and hopefully this will bring healing to even earth's challenges and a sense of individual freedom to be more of our Essence.

Thanks John!!  Your comments supported what I sensed was the case with frequency, but I was hoping those with more study time and familiarity would share their input with a new student to MT.  It's important in learning! ...and is very helpful.

Being a child of the turbulent 60ies in the US and attending a large university, I observed the dynamics of the young folks at that time...the hippies, the civil rights activities, the questioning of authority and traditions, etc. 
   Has Michael ever channeled any teachings about the significance of this period in US history, culture, and possible progress for humanity?
    Did incarnation of certain Roles, Soul ages, etc. during this period have any significant participation in these dynamics?  Any comments appreciated.

Soul Age / Soul Ages and Previous Cycles

Anyone have input of significance or comments on the variations in cycles and soul age when a channelling is completed for a Michael Chart.  For example you may have 4th level Old having 11 previous cycles and another chart is read as 2nd Mature with 12 cycles.  Is it just the intensity of the experience one is gaining so it may take more cycles to get through that phase of learning?

Does anyone know if Michael has channeled any general information on Native Americans as far as Soul Levels and Roles at the time America was discovered and settled and through the Manifest Destiny period? ...and this would be in contrast to the settlers?  Are there specific individuals that stand out from the generalization--special chiefs for example?  Any channelled information as to whether this has changed in today's environment?  As Newbie, I've acquired lots of books and am so grateful for the MT site, but I have not, so far, come across any reference to the above...and I'm interested in the big picture of Michael teaching.  Thanks anybody!

If frequency does not change until another Grand Cycle, are there any patterns through the Roles connected with frequency?
How can frequency impact Soul Ages?  Is it possible to sense frequency simply by observation on earth plane, or could this be  greatly modified by the Overleaves?  Any input will be helpful!!

Cadres & Entities / Cadres/Entities

HELP!!  As Newbie I'd appreciate hearing thoughts on Michael's channeling concerning Essence agreements before incarnation if the Essences are in different Cadres (for example, one is in Cadre 4 and one is in Cadre 3).  They both are in same Cadence Position/Greater Cadence Position/Entity Position--just different Cadres).  Can this situation  have a significant working out of learning and life task for both?  Thanks.
