Me too.

Psychiatry may refer, with a touch of negativity, to an"oceanic experience" around any perception of one's return to the Tao. But a Michael channeling, years ago seemed to refer to a return to the Tao as a kind of ultimate blending of Essence experience into All That Is, but without loss of that Individuality / that Spark which had gone forth to explore previously.

And so for me at return to Tao, represents a kind of rest period between Grand Cycles of existence.

Does someone know the role (and maybe overleaves) of Neale Donald Walsch?

I have no idea.  Awhile back I saw his video. He seemed very much an Old Soul who talks a lot to the non-physical being the Bible calls God.

The past couple of weeks I've been going to the local Unity Church. Las Wednesday, at their metaphysical discussion group I brought up the topic of channeling and non physical sources of information. Neale Walsh was a part of the conversation. There was no derision of channeling / mediumship - a happy surprise. Discussion moved on to reincarnation, and I brought up the Soul Age concept. Someone had seen michaelteachings.com. Someone else referred me to Spiral Dynamics. I Googled it, and have found it has lots of Michael ideas, but in academic / theory of theories language. ....a VERY happy discovery.

Looks like they've picked Trump and Hillary. And Trump will pull no punches. Should be a wild ride all the way to November, unless the GOP pulls a rabbit out of their hat and manages to unravel Der Donald at the convention.

After Trump's big win moderate Republicans must be lost in a desert of despair.

An initial media reaction has been to go harshly negative on Trump, bring out his strongman, South American military dictator attributes - especially in his followers. Cruz is the new anti-Trump among big donor money recipients in the Senate. But Cruz points our country towards theocracy, and that won't wear well. Cruz took on Frank Gafney (an architect of W's disaster in the Middle East), which may please big money globalists, but the people may not be in a mood to return to international bully boy of the 2000's. The GOP could pull a rabbit out of the hat and flock to John Kasich, the last chance to save the small govt., small family business on Main St. Republican Party.

Bernie says he is stronger against Trump than Hilary, he has ideological strength in the West, and he can win Calif. and New York.

Around half of the people have yet to vote.

So it's not over yet!

The results of the primary on 3/15 should give a clear indication of what direction Mature moderate Republicans would like the country to go. Trump offers Republicans an opportunity to return to the days of the W. Bush administration, but clearly without the compassion of Bush's "compassionate conservative" campaign promise of 2000. Moderate Republicans ( age 74+) I talk to remain pretty negative about W.

This election is an important choice point for the country. If Mature Democrats can show where the money can be made, and the exercise of influence and control can be had, with-in a national context of rebuilding infra-structure and the electricity grid, we could get maybe half the Young. Such a policy is sellable as a plan for economic / national stability. Thus a policy that would be attractive to the rule orientated.

An opportunity in all this for the country to go forward.

I'm actually curious how life on the Causal plane works. Is it still structured around earth-like landscape like the astral? That would be interesting to know.

My suspicion is that Earth-like landscape tends to fade as this fragment blends with its Essence (True Self, Higher Self, Spirit, Individuality, etc.). To be replaced with the "True" landscape of Astral Plane "Reality", which has been shaped, formed, molded, (out of "Astral Stuff"), the structure maintained by the on going efforts of will by our Entity, concentrating and acting together.

The Causal Plane would be similarly different. Perhaps detailed awareness of the ebbs, flows, and concentrations of energy.

All in all, a good question to ask of any Causal beings one may be in contact with .

Centering is one of the Teachings most useful concepts, for me. But I've always applied it on an individual basis. Applying it on a more exalted, Worldly basis, is as they say "beyond my pay grade."

For me, Centering is that initial response, or impulsive reaction to a stimulus.  In my case that would be to think about it. This gets followed by a "Trap" of emotion, followed by a "Healing" of Moving Centered action. So it's a multi-step process that will take time, and allow for lots of choices, information, and complexity along the way. Changing a Center is likely not a simple thing, the consequences and implications profound and long term - for an individual or at a World basis.

If the World is currently in a Physical or Moving Centered phase, it didn't get there overnight. It likely evolved to be there over time. In some larger sense it is probably needed and useful. I think back to a Worldly inspirational period in the 1960s snd 70s. A time of societal questioning and change. Now is a good time to make value choices snd impliment them via the Moving Centered activity of implimentIng new and better economic policy (more equality), social practices (women and minorities), our sense of the role of humanity in the greater scheme of things (environmentalism) and etc. etc.

I don't have much in the channeling / mediumship skill area so can not offer too much by way of an answer. But I have gotten past-life flashbacks. They emotionally and sometimes intellectually impact this current life.

I've remembered being a reptilian, lizard, gecko-like creature. My job was to protect the eggs (Server?). I remember walking past the pit, where they safely lay, to the edge of a cliff. It was night. A clear sky allowed the stars to be seen in all their beauty. I walked over and joined my Essence Twin, a being of Priestly persuation. Together we looked up at the stars. We contemplated and sought to reach out to those beings who were there, there on planets, orbiting some of those stars.

Another flashback is an Astral one. I remember feeling expansionary, exploratory, curious for the new and thus choosing this Sage role in human form.

Book & Movie Reviews / Re: Planet of the Apes

The first hour or so is snoozeworthy IMO, but once the apes get together, it gets really good. It ends with a scenario that Michael has talked about in the past -- infant souls wanting to start their cycle here on Planet Earth. I found the whole idea extremely stimulating and cool, and the idea of having apes come to sentience in my native San Francisco Bay Area was just too awesome! I can't wait for the sequel when we get to see how San Francisco deals with having some hairy ape infant souls wanting to do their ape thing in their backyard!! Has anyone else seen this film?

Yes I saw it. Seems like a long time ago. Am glad to be reminded of it.

It's fun to think about the story from a Soul Age perspective, apes as Infant and etc. The struggles among the human's made it a good movie. Particularly the post apocalyptic challenges to Mature perspectives, dealing with survival issues, the many events that bring the Young into positions of authority and control, with its increasing risk of stupid, dumb, or fatal outcomes for the community as a whole.

I'd like a sequel to throw in some longer term, successful community survival, perspectives that can illustrate some Old Soul influences upon Mature Soul drama, Young Soul growth process, and an ape or two discovering the value of a rule or two.

Ahhh the classic specific v general dichotomy.
 No magic solutions here, playing by ear sometimes works.
Reading lots and lots of postings with an eye toward creating like minded / like interested groups/boards might work. When I was active in the past a board for people who'd gotten the basics down would have been helpful. But now, starting over from (nearly) stretch The simpler the better I'd say

I read an email from Dave today announcing reactivation of the forum. I clicked on the link and discovered, barely remembered login info., actually worked, so here I am.

I'm remembering now that I was an active participant in the fourm long long ago prior to the current "upgrade" of code / structure.

I learned MT from the books of Jose Stevens, Shepard  Hoodwin and others, the cassette tapes of JP van  Hulle, and a one time channeling form Arron Christian (which was very helpful in resolving some challenges in my work as a psychotherapist.).

I dropped out for two reasons. One. Channeling began to look like a subtle form of therapy, helping people grow and learn and solve problems of mid life, and that can get old after awhile. Two. Much of forum content was discussion of subtle differences between one channeling and another's, regarding an MT structural element or definition.

For me, enduring value of MT has been its cosmology. It's information about structure and activities in the "between lives state" or "non physical realm." Enduring utility of MT has been the concepts of Soul Age and Role. Lately the concept of fragment of Essence energizing the physical body, and later at death rejoining and adding to Essence has come up while talking with people who use much different explainitory systems. Also it's been fun to see the frontiers of science (quantum stuff / string theory / NDE research) grope toward MT cosmology.

My thanks to Dave for the link. I'll lurk for awhile. Perhaps make some postings.

Of greatest value to me has been the organization and explanation of that strange mystical and not well known, or described, realm that is said, but not well proven, to exist beyond death. The "Non-Physical Realm" as I saw it referred to in the Journal of Near Death Studies. i.e. All the material outlined in Jose Steven's Michael Handbook and expanded upon in cassette tapes by JP van Hulle regarding Planes of existence, Escence(sp?), Entity, Cadre, Soul Age, Role and various other Overleaves, and the webs of connections among them all (and perhaps other structures).

I've found Michael's framework to be validated by NDE, Newton's hypnotic regression to past lives, Tart's investigation of "Children Who Remember Past Lives" research AND many of the differing explanations of "the between life state" I've seen in many other channeled religious souces.

Role and Soul Age are the concepts I find of greatest value, on a week in week out basis, while manouvering through the emotional thicket of our emerging Mature soul age social world.

I am at the "idea implants" stage. i.e. An idea or topic area comes to mind. If this happens while speaking I'll just go with it and a brief (one or two sentences) period of ""suspended animation mode" seems to occur as I blab away.

Sometimes this happens while typing here on the computer. I'll just go with it and type away. I've found it best to proof read what I type, but too much changing ends up loosing something.

I'm continuing my project to expand my skill to become a conscious channel, and be able to speak, or write, whole paragraphs!
