The energy is even better than Phelan? ;) 

You should have come to the chat last night, Elisabeth. Nancy was telling me all about lovely Wellington and awful Auckland, and we found out she used to live just up the freeway from where I live now. She even remembers the opening ceremony of the Mission Inn. ;)

Yeah and no need to live in a artificial climate controlled through the depletion of natural resources ;-)
